New Alpaca Event!

Alpacas Among Friends

 

Join five Arizona alpaca farms for two days of alpaca education, fiber arts, an amazing alpaca boutique, and, of course, alpacas!   There is no charge for classes - all you need to do is reserve your spot.  Participation is limited, so reserve your space now!

     Alpaca classess will be offered from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.  Classes will cover a huge range of alpaca topics, including:

All classes will be taught by experienced instructors.  Classes include hands on with the alpacas and their fiber. 

The event is located at Square Top Ranch in the beautiful grasslands of Sonoita.  This is a ranch setting, so don't forget to dress appropriately.  We will be out of doors for some classes and in the barn for others.  Terrain is mostly flat but some classes include walking on gravel or dirt paths. 

Lunch, snacks and beverages will be available for purchase.  Water, tea and coffee will be provided.  Please don't forget to reserve your spot by clicking on the link below, and make sure you reserve a box lunch if you would like one.

Cienega Creek Farm and Country Store are open to visitors Fri-Sun between the hours of 10am and 2pm or by appointment. We ask that you please call and let someone know you would like to come by. Visiting the farm: When you come to Cienega Creek Farm, please DO NOT bring your pets. Weather conditions may vary (especially wind) so please bring a sweater or light coat.

 

 

Directions to the Farm: Take exit 297 off I-10 (between Tucson and Benson Az), travel west on the frontage road on the north side of I-10, travel about 1 1/2 miles till you arrive at the farm.
